Shipping Rates and Fees

  • Free shipping on all orders over R799.
  • Orders below R799 are subject to a R99 delivery fee.
  • All orders are shipped via courier.
  • We do not charge any handling fees.

Processing and Delivery Times

  • Orders are dispatched within one working day after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery time frames:
    • 1 – 3 business days for main cities.
    • Up to 7 business days for outlying areas.
  • All orders are shipped via express courier delivery.
  • Orders are shipped only on business days.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the following working day.

Shipping Carriers and Tracking

  • We partner with leading courier companies to ensure reliable and fast delivery.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email with a link to track your package.
  • Customers can use the courier’s website to check delivery updates.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa. International shipping is on the horizon, we look forward to expanding soon. 

Failed Deliveries and Returns

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive it, the courier may attempt redelivery. Should the second attempt also fail, the order may be returned to us.
